Get to know Fastroi’s management and Board of Directors. These are the people who keep all of the plates spinning. Fastroi are part of myneva Group GmbH. We were founded in 2003.
Our personality comes from having a shared vision about how people take care of each other. One of the biggest roles of the management team and the Directors is to nurture that vision and instil a sense of purpose into the whole Fastroi team. We want to grow and develop as a company – which is why we listen to our customers and staff. This is what makes our work so interesting!
Management team
Our management team consists of experienced professionals from various fields. Our management team assists the CEO in running the company on a day to day basis. They prepare the business plans, create the strategy, and map out the processes. They are also responsible for implementing the strategic and operational goals of the company as a whole. The members of our company’s management team are appointed by the board.
Risto is Fastroi’s the founder and CEO. He is in charge of business development and strategic management at Fastroi together with the Management Team and the Board of Directors. Before Fastroi, he worked as the CEO of Arbonaut Oy, and before that, as a sales executive at Joensuun Puhelin, a telephone company.

Risto is Fastroi’s the founder and CEO. He is in charge of business development and strategic management at Fastroi together with the Management Team and the Board of Directors. Before Fastroi, he worked as the CEO of Arbonaut Oy, and before that, as a sales executive at Joensuun Puhelin, a telephone company.

Veikko joined Fastroi in autumn 2022. He is responsible for Fastroi’s Continuous Services and Financial Management. Before joining to Fastroi, Veikko has operated in various management and development tasks of IT services and projects.
Mervi joined Fastroi in the Spring of 2019. She is responsible for our products and product development. Prior to joining Fastroi, Mervi has worked in a variety of business management and development roles in the IT industry.

Mika joined Fastroi in March 2017 with nearly 20 years of experience in telecom and ERP solutions. For the past 10 years he has been in various business and sales management positions.
Johanna joined the company in August 2016. Johanna has over 10 years of experience in leading corporate marketing and PR across diverse industries including construction and software business in the domestic and international markets (Blancco).

Our board consists of three members. They are experts in international business. The Board of Directors manage the company’s operations in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Articles of Association in close cooperation with the Management Team.
Tobias Schmitz held senior positions in strategy consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions over 25 years before joining myneva in August 2021.He has many years of experience in corporate development and value creation as well as comprehensive expertise in the areas of finance, controlling, strategic marketing and sales. Tobias has been involved in the integration of Fastroi into the myneva Group from the beginning.

He has previously worked at the Otto Group, a large, globally active retail and services company for more than 10 years in various roles, including as Head of Group Relations and Head of Transformation Strategy Purchasing. As Chief Product Officer in the myneva Group, he has been responsible for Product & Transformation since August 2021. He was appointed CEO in 2022.

Horst Robertz has several years of experience overseeing the strategic, operational development and expansion of the healthcare market, including employee management. Previously, he was Senior Director for the Healthcare & Public Sector at VMware Global Inc. In addition, this new sparring partner for Michael Robert has leadership experience from volunteer work in social service institutions. Horst Robertz joined myneva Group GmbH as co-CEO of the company with focus on customer and market development in European countries in November 2022.
