Attendo Oy – from pilot to customer

Attendo Oy and Fastroi started their cooperation in 2010 by implementing a pilot project of Fastroi Real-Time Care™ in selected Attendo units in 2010.

“We wanted to implement a versatile system (ERP) that covers customer reporting and invoicing as well as other reporting needs”, says Piia Oksanen, System Coordinator at Attendo Oy.

Following the successful pilot, Attendo started to expand the use of Fastroi Real-Time Care™, and Fastroi RTC™ is now used in all Attendo units in Finland (in 2016).

Over the years, Fastroi Real-Time Care™ has proven itself as a practical solution for Attendo. Feedback from the nurses has been positive. Fastroi Real-Time Care™ is an easy-to-use system with lots of properties. Oksanen feels that the development of Fastroi RTC™ is fast and supports the sector. The properties of the system have fulfilled the needs of Attendo. Attendo has been an important partner for Fastroi in the development of the functionalities of Fastroi RTC™. Oksanen praises the collaboration in development. Both parties have been kept up to date thanks to the regular meetings and getting to know the contact people. She also values the transparency of product development.

Attendo decided to extend its Fastroi Real-Time Care™ system by including contract management and invoicing in it in 2015.

“Contract management has allowed us to automatise customer invoicing between Fastroi Real-Time Care™ and the invoicing system used by Attendo”, says Merja Saurus, Finance Director at Attendo.

Oksanen is looking forward to future development projects with Fastroi in terms of the Kanta, Finnish Patient Data Archive and the ePrescription, among others.
