Sisältöä elämään!® nursing and well-being services implemented the renewal with Fastroi’s family member messaging service called Network of Care. The decision was truly pioneering, as it was the first use of the service in Finland.

“We found that Fastroi’s system was the most advanced solution for our needs that is on the market. We chose it because of its suitability and scalability,” says Jari H. Helenius, CEO and founder of Sisältöä elämään!® nursing and wellbeing services. He says that an added value service which makes communications more efficient not only improves the quality of care, but also helps the company stand out as a private provider of care services.

“We have been very satisfied with both Fastroi’s Network of Care service and the Real-Time Care™ enterprise resource planning system that it’s based on”, Helenius says. Sisältöä elämään!® nursing and well-being services wanted to make some minor changes in the system they chose, and according to Helenius, Fastroi Real-Time Care™ offered the best opportunities for this. The company had been using Fastroi Real-Time Care™ since the end of 2013, and Network of Care was introduced in 2016.
In addition to the care staff, Helenius says, family members using the service have also been satisfied with the solution. Co-operation has been excellent, and Helenius recommends Fastroi and its solutions to all care providers.

“The software is simple to implement, easy to use, and the customer support is excellent”, Helenius summarises. He is hoping that an iOS version of the Network of Care solution will become available for use by family members – Fastroi will be releasing this version in the near future.
