Real-Time Care system has supported the operation of Kotipalvelu Verenpisara for 12 years

Kotipalvelu Verenpisara, which operates in the Central Savo area of Finland, is a long-standing Real-Time Care user. The care and home care company has been using Fastroi’s software since its pilot phase, in 2008.

Prior to the introduction of the RTC software, Kotipalvelu Verenpisara did not have any care management systems in place. Both invoicing and shift planning were done by hand on Excel templates.

“We chose the RTC system because it enabled real-time, immediate changes to shift lists, customer registers and personnel management. No more writing on paper or making separate folders for different purposes. The appointment functionality of the RTC software was easy to use, changes and additions could be made immediately via mobile, and visits to customers were also transferred directly to RTC’s invoicing system. In terms of data protection and data security, each user has their own user IDs, ”says Kirsi Kumlin-Salmi, entrepreneur of Kotipalvelu Verenpisara.

“We are pleased with the real-time and speed of the software. Employees can instantly see any changes to customer visits, job descriptions, and visitor exchanges on their mobile or laptop. Daily blood pressure, blood sugar, weight monitoring and customer reports can also be done mobile and inform the customer who is the next caregiver to come to his or her home, ”says Kumlin-Salmi.

“Cooperation with Fastroi’s nice staff has gone very well. We have always received quick answers, if something is left unclear. We have also participated in yearly customer days, training and webinars, ”says Kumlin-Salmi. “For 12 years now, the collaboration is behind us, and it has gone well. RTC training days have always been very rewarding and nice events, ”says Kumlin-Salmi. Next on the to-do list is the introduction of the billing option based on service vouchers together with Fastroi.
