Fastroi appoints Mika Sipilä as new CEO
Mika Sipilä has been appointed as the new CEO of Fastroi, a leading care management software provider in Finland. Mika Sipilä currently works as Sales Director of the company and will start in his new position on 1 May 2023. He will succeed Risto Jalovaara, long-time CEO and one of the founders of Fastroi. Risto Jalovaara will assume an advisory role in the company.

Mika Sipilä has worked in the software and cloud-based services sectors throughout his career, both as a specialist and in leadership roles in sales. He first joined Fastroi in 2017, holding the position of Sales Director.

Fastroi has a long track record in developing care management software for the health and social sector in its native Finland.

Since its establishment 20 years ago, Risto Jalovaara has successfully led Fastroi to a leading position in its field in Finland. The company also has major clients from the public sector in the UK.
