myneva boosts its European expansion as it acquires the Finnish market leader and SaaS pioneer Fastroi
myneva Group GmbH has acquired Fastroi, the leading care management software provider in the domiciliary and residential care and child welfare in Finland. Fastroi also operates successfully in the UK. The acquisition opens new markets for myneva Group in Europe.

“This marks an important milestone on our way to becoming the leading software provider for social care and home care services in Europe”, Michael Robert, Co-CEO of myneva Group, confirms.
Founded in Finland nearly 20 years ago, Fastroi offers user-friendly cloud software for the domiciliary and residential care and child welfare services. Fastroi’s digital tools release resources for actual caring, and subsequently help them deliver higher quality of care with greater accountability. Company’s innovative mindset and cutting-edge technology know-how has made it both a market leader in its field and enabled a successful expansion to the UK, where it has been operating since 2018.

Fastroi is set to play an important role in the myneva Group and drive innovation of product development. Michael Robert is highly enthusiastic about Fastroi’s state-of-the-art software architecture and product philosophy. “The focus is on user-friendly mobile applications, with cloud services and SaaS products taking centre stage. Fastroi is exemplary for the whole Group in this regard,” Robert explains.
Dr. Hartmut Clausen adds: “Fastroi’s highly successful software portfolio and extensive development know-how are a big plus for the Group. myneva is the only software provider in the social care sector to pool know-how from so many different countries. All our customers will benefit from that.”
Risto Jalovaara, Founder and CEO of Fastroi, is very happy about the appreciation for Fastroi: “I am convinced that this decision puts us on a track to a bright future. We are already a market leader in Finland. After a good start in the UK, striving for leadership in Europe is a fantastic new goal for the whole team.”
Scandinavia is generally regarded as a pioneer of digitalisation, and this is expected to have a highly positive impact on the Group’s members in the DACH and Benelux regions and open many new opportunities.
The acquisition of Fastroi is the first big step for Michael Robert as the new Co-CEO, as Hartmut Clausen will gradually be taking on responsibilities for a leading German elderly care provider. “I look forward to this new challenge. But I will also continue to follow myneva’s success story as a member of its advisory board.” Hartmut Clausen comments.
With the acquisition of Fastroi, myneva Group is now present in eight European markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, UK and Finland. Fastroi’s operations and services to its customers continue normally in Finland and the UK.
