North Yorkshire County Council selects Finland-based Fastroi to provide a Real-Time Care system for its Health and Adult Services
Fastroi’s rostering and monitoring software enables person-centred care in the New Normal.

North Yorkshire County Council has selected Fastroi Ltd to provide an electronic rostering and monitoring system for its Health and Adult Care Services. The council was looking for a user-friendly system. The chosen system will allow a person-centred approach with effective and timely scheduling of appointments, and it will also improve internal information flow and reporting.
The system is expected to be used by the council’s 1,200 employees who provide domiciliary care in Elderly Persons’ Homes (EPHs) through Reablement Services and also in their Extra Care units.
The provider of the system, Fastroi Ltd, has a long track record in developing health and social Care Management Software in its native Finland. Among its credentials are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. In addition, Fastroi has ISO 27001 certification, which confirms that it complies with the international standard for information security.

The contract is initially for three years with an option of extension for additional two years.

North Yorkshire County Council’s Health and Adult Services is a direct provider of a range of care and support services to meet eligible needs as identified through assessment. These services include personal care at home in some Extra Care facilities, domiciliary care and in the Elderly Persons’ Homes.
