We currently employ more than 70 software professionals in Joensuu and Tampere in Finland.

As a Fastroi employee, you will have access to extensive employee benefits that encourage you to look after your health and enjoy a wide range of hobbies. We have taken out extensive insurance for our staff and provide comprehensive occupational health services to ensure their well-being. Our leisure committee organises a variety of activities throughout the year.

Ergonomics

If you wish, the occupational physiotherapist will come to check your work space in the office to identify how you can improve your working posture and propose equipment for better ergonomics. We already have adjustable desks.

Remote work

You can decide whether to work in one of our three offices or remotely, for exampleat your summer cottage. Or both.

Flexitime

Flexible working time makes it possible to maintain a good work-life balance.

Lunch benefit

The employer pays 25% of the lunch balance to be credited to your Smartum account. The benefit can be used at any restaurant in the Smartum network.

Employer-provided bicycle

You can buy the bike or electric bike of your choice with accessories. The bike will be leased and you will get a new bike tax-free, which means cheaper.

Virkkari

Our Virkkari team organizes events that strengthen well-being at work. We have tried for example kayaking and yoga and even attended a top chef’s  virtual cooking school.

You will receive an annual balance in your Smartum account that can be used for sports and cultural services or massage. How about trying a new hobby?

Extensive health security

Extensive health insurance covers e.g. specialist services. You can book appointments with a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist free of charge. You can also seek reimbursement for medications prescribed by your doctor.

Long service awards

Free time insurance

We protect your free time via accident and travel insurances that cover if something unfortunate happens during your trip.
